Revenue Operations Analyst

About The Role The role optimizes revenue engines, owning the data, systems, and cross-functional processes that align sales, marketing, and finance. You will diagnose pipeline bottlenecks, build scalable reporting infrastructure, and ensure tech stack integrity across CRM and billing platforms. Key Responsibilities Own the architecture and administration of the core CRM and revenue tech stack Analyze full-funnel conversion metrics to identify friction points and forecast revenue trends Design and optimize territory models, lead routing rules, and quota allocation frameworks Partner with finance to build accurate revenue forecasts and commission structures Build and maintain executive-facing dashboards tracking key SaaS metrics like ARR, NRR, and CAC payback Drive operational readiness for new product launches, pricing updates, and go-to-market strategies What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration, SQL, and modern BI tools such as Looker or Tableau Deep understanding of the modern B2B tech stack including Marketo, Outreach, Gong, and billing systems like Stripe or Zuora Strong analytical mindset with proven experience translating complex datasets into actionable business recommendations Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field Bonus: Experience managing CPQ implementations or leading full-scale CRM migrations
