Role Overview We're looking for an energetic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of our marketing function — managing digital channels, supporting campaigns, coordinating field events, and helping strategize and craft thought leadership content that establishes BlueYeti's voice in the data and AI industry. You'll work closely with leadership and thrive in an environment where your contributions are visible and impactful. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Content Manage and update the BlueYeti website using WordPress and Elementor, including landing pages, blog posts, and campaign assets Support the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences in HubSpot Coordinate social media content calendars and assist with copy and asset preparation Track and report on campaign performance metrics using HubSpot dashboards and analytics Thought Leadership & Content Strategy Help strategize BlueYeti's thought leadership positioning in the data and AI industry, working with leadership and subject matter experts to identify timely themes and points of view Draft and edit thought leadership content — including articles, LinkedIn posts, whitepapers, and POV pieces — on trends in Snowflake, DOMO, data governance, and AI Track industry news, competitor content, and emerging AI developments to keep BlueYeti's voice current and credible Repurpose thought leadership content across channels — website, email, and social — to maximize reach and engagement CRM & Marketing Operations Maintain data hygiene in HubSpot, including contact management, list segmentation, and pipeline reporting Build and optimize workflows, forms, and sequences to support lead generation and nurture efforts Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned messaging Field Marketing & Events Coordinate logistics for field marketing events, webinars, and virtual experiences using Zoom and other platforms Manage vendor communications, event registrations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up workflows Support sponsorships, conference participation, and partner co-marketing activities Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the central coordinator for marketing projects, keeping timelines, assets, and stakeholders aligned Support the development of sales enablement materials and case studies Identify and implement process improvements across the marketing tech stack Qualifications Required 2–5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, or both) Proficiency with WordPress and Elementor for website management Experience coordinating virtual and/or in-person events using Zoom or similar platforms Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex data and AI concepts into clear, compelling thought leadership content Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with design tools such as Canva, Figma or Adobe Design Suite Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) — required Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of autonomy Nice to Have Experience marketing B2B technology or consulting services Familiarity with data, analytics, and AI concepts, or prior exposure to Snowflake, DOMO, data governance, or AI topics Prior experience working with a distributed, remote-first team What we offer The opportunity to grow with a consultancy at an exciting stage of its development Meaningful work that directly impacts company pipeline and brand visibility A collaborative, supportive team culture that values initiative and ideas Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Flexible, remote-first work environment
