Develop strategies utilizing SQL expertise to ensure business continuity, including robust backup procedures and data replication. Manage SQL databases across various platforms, ensuring consistent performance and data integrity. Develop bespoke SQL solutions to address unique business challenges, enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities. Create comprehensive documentation for SQL database architectures, coding standards, data models, and reporting protocols to ensure consistency and clarity across technical projects. Maintain quality assurance processes for database operations and reports, ensuring data governance and security compliance. Provide expert advice and support on SQL database management, reporting, and ERP system integration. Share SQL knowledge by training and mentoring team members, developing training programs to elevate SQL capabilities. Design, develop and promote data strategy, architecture, methodologies, and standards for modern platforms. Provide vision and thought leadership on High-Level Architecture and Design, to establish data architecture frameworks.
