HR Analyst / Associate 5x on-site | Greenwich, CT A leading financial services organization is seeking an HR Analyst / Associate to join its growing Human Resources team. This is a broad-based HR role ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle and is looking to gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with employees and leaders at all levels. Discretion, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll, and time-off administration Serve as a key point of contact for new hires and coordinate onboarding activities, including background checks and related documentation Partner with internal stakeholders on recruiting initiatives, including candidate coordination, employee referrals, search firms, and other recruiting resources Assist with performance management processes, including annual and interim review cycles Support employee training, professional development, and firmwide learning initiatives Assist with internship and early-career programs Prepare and maintain HR reporting and analytics, including headcount, recruiting, turnover, compensation, employee engagement, and other workforce metrics Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and ensure information is kept current and confidential Respond to employee questions and requests in a professional and timely manner Assist with employee surveys and analyze results to identify trends and opportunities Support employee engagement and culture initiatives Participate in HR technology projects, including system enhancements, testing, implementations, and vendor-related initiatives Contribute to various HR projects and special initiatives as needed Qualifications 2–5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources or a related function Experience within financial services, investment management, private equity, banking, professional services, consulting, or another similarly fast-paced environment preferred Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to work comfortably with HR data and reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across several projects Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to work High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology platforms Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
