Start your career with us as a Technology Field Application Engineer IP&E Poland What You Will Do Act as a technical project manager, serving as an interface between customers, partner companies, and the sales team. Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow Interconnect, Electromechanical, Passive and Power Supply content in designs. Build and develop customer and supplier relationships by creating technical initiatives and programs. Develop and drive strategic technical plans by supplier line, technology, or customer solutions. Take responsibility for expanding business potential through targeted project work with strategic customers. Partner with the sales team, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation. Attend supplier training sessions in person and via conference calls. Who We Are Looking For A professional with 5 years of experience working with electronic products or technologies. A completed degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or comparable education/professional experience. Experience and understanding of the Polish electronics market. Strong communication and persuasion skills with a sense of innovation. Experience as a technical point of contact. Good knowledge of Interconnect, Electromechanical and Passive products. Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel regionally. Language requirements: Polish and English. Located in Poland.
