We deliver criticalinfrastructure projects for some of the world's largest technology andmission-critical clients. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to joinour Nordics Projects team and lead environmental, landscape, infrastructure anddevelopment-enabling projects associated with large-scale client expansionprogram. The Role The Project Manager will deliver projectsfrom concept through design, procurement, permitting, construction, handoverand operational transition. Projects include nature restoration programs,habitat creation & enhancement initiatives, recreational infrastructure,public access and trail systems, landscape development, environmentalmitigation works, wetlands and biodiversity enhancement, sustainability-driveninfrastructure projects and development-enabling works. Key Responsibilities Lead projects through the fulllifecycle from feasibility to handover. Develop scopes, budgets,schedules and procurement strategies. Manage contractors, consultantsand specialist delivery partners. Monitor program, cost, qualityand project risks. Act as primary point of contactfor the Client. Coordinate regulatoryauthorities, municipalities, landowners and community stakeholders. Manage environmentalassessments, permitting activities and sustainability commitments. Develop project budgets,forecasts and financial reporting. Essential Experience Ecological restoration, habitatenhancement or environmental improvement projects. Civil infrastructure,utilities, renewable energy or land development projects. Environmental permittingprocesses and regulatory engagement. Management of designers,ecologists, planners, landscape architects and civil engineers. Construction activities withinenvironmentally sensitive locations. Projects valued between €0.5Mand €10M+. What We Are Looking For Strong commercial awareness andfinancial management capability. Excellent stakeholdermanagement and communication skills. Ability to manage multipleconcurrent projects. Strong risk managementcapability. Qualifications Degree in Construction,Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Project Management, Infrastructure,Planning, Landscape Architecture or related discipline or similarqualifications from experience. Fluent English and Finnish,written and spoken. Valid driving license. Non-Negotiable Requirements Experience managingenvironmental permitting processes. Experience delivering civil orinfrastructure projects in greenfield or environmentally sensitive locations. Experience managing externalconsultants including ecologists, planners and designers. Strong commercial managementexperience including budget control and change management. Client-facing experience withsenior stakeholders. Experience delivering projectsfrom concept and permitting through construction and handover.
