This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, thereby supporting the overall business objectives effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. Assist in the deployment and testing of application packages to ensure seamless integration. Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging. Experience with software deployment tools and scripting languages related to application packaging. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues. Familiarity with operating system environments and their impact on application performance. Ability to work with configuration management and version control systems. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Application Packaging. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
