Server - The Joyce

We are looking for experienced, passionate, detailed driven and guest focused Servers. Servers who thrive, in a fast paced, fun and vibrant professional environment with a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Ensuring all guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant. Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees. Provide knowledgeable recommendations om food and drink selections to enhance the dining experience. Thoroughly answer all food and beverage preparation questions. Making managers aware of any special accommodation, such as specific food allergies prior to reporting it to the kitchen. Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests and completing opening, running and closing side work related to job-duties. Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns. Requirements/Qualifications Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a high end fast paced environment. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently Ability to multi-task Excellent teamwork and communication skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic Maintain a clean and professional appearance Available to work nights, weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed No job description for any position can possibly include all duties which may be requested by guests or required by the needs of the hotel.
