Hiring a Chef de Cuisine to head a restaurant in a lovely luxury resort in the Colorado mountains, 1 ½ hours from Denver. Leads a culinary team of seven in a brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen. Seeking a chef with strong independent, high end, restaurant group background. The role, in a ski area resort, is a very hands-on position in their high-end restaurant serving up to 230 covers with $2M revenue. This will be an exciting re-launch to a fine dining restaurant. Must demonstrate mastery of culinary techniques, menu development, cost control, food cost, team leadership and a commitment to James Beard level quality. Reports to the Executive Chef.
