Role Description The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met. This full-time, on-site role is based in Moscow, and involves daily collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly. Key tasks include developing project plans, tracking milestones, organizing inspections, coordinating logistics and expediting activities, and preparing status reports for stakeholders. The role also requires ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, as well as continuously improving processes and documentation. The Project Manager will act as a central point of contact, facilitating communication and alignment across all project participants. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading cross-functional teams. Inspection-related skills, including coordinating and overseeing Inspection activities to maintain quality and compliance. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience managing technical or industrial projects, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors. Proficiency in project management tools and documentation, with strong organizational and analytical skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative, solution-oriented working style. Ability to work on-site in Moscow and adapt to dynamic project environments, including occasional travel if required.
