Role Summary: Support GBF's education data reporting: maintain and extend the analytics dashboards that track teacher engagement with the learning management platform lessons across DepEd regions, divisions, and schools. Key Responsibilities: Write and maintain SQL queries (PostgreSQL + MySQL) powering the analytics dashboards Build and update dashboards: usage funnels, download counts, engagement-level breakdowns, school/division rollups Validate data quality - reconcile teacher registration lists, lesson mappings, and activity logs; flag discrepancies Run recurring reporting cycles (monthly/quarterly completion reports) and turn results into clear summaries for program staff Handle ad-hoc data requests from program and partnership teams Document query logic and metric definitions so numbers are reproducible and consistent across reports Required Skills: Solid SQL: joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions, date logic Spreadsheet fluency (Google Sheets/Excel) pivot tables, lookups, cleaning messy CSVs Basic BI tool experience (Metabase, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau. Metabase preferred) Able to translate a vague business question into a concrete query Careful and detail-oriented; comfortable saying "this number looks wrong" and digging in Job Profile: 0–2 years experience; fresh graduates welcome (Statistics, Math, Economics, CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent self-taught portfolio) Communicates findings in plain language to non-technical stakeholders Comfortable with ambiguity and asking questions early
