Senior Accountant (Hybrid) | Reading, PA A well-established, industry-leading organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Accounting & Finance team. Location: Reading, PA Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Compensation: $85,000–$92,000 base salary (up to $95,000 for an exceptional candidate) plus a discretionary annual bonus and merit increases. What You'll Do Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis for senior leadership. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities. Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations. Support the month-end close process. Develop and track key financial metrics and performance indicators. Review and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Create process maps and recommend process improvements. Partner with leadership to develop ROI analyses for strategic initiatives. Identify automation opportunities that improve financial reporting and operational efficiency. Assist with cost savings and cost recovery initiatives. Evaluate financial statement trends and provide actionable insights. Participate in special projects as assigned.
