Regional Data Project Manager/ Business Analyst (6-10 years) - Consulting Role Overview We are seeking a consultative Business Analyst / Project Manager with a strong foundation in data and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate has experience bridging business and technical teams, is adept at delivering data-driven solutions, and can operate confidently in fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environments. A background in consulting or similar client-facing roles is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Consultative Business Analysis: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners to deliver impactful solutions. Conduct discovery workshops, interviews, and analyses to define requirements and develop actionable plans for data-related initiatives. Challenge assumptions constructively, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize processes. Create high-quality documentation, including requirements (BRDs, FRDs), user stories, process flows, and data maps. Project Management & Delivery: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely and quality delivery of solutions. Oversee project governance through planning, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Lead cross-functional teams across business and technical domains, promoting collaboration and alignment. Drive UAT and ensure deliverables meet business needs and expectations. Key Requirements 6+ years of combined experience in business analysis and project management, preferably within consulting or client-facing environments. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders with ease. Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments to deliver projects successfully. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI, or Excel. Solid understanding of data ecosystems, including data quality, pipelines, warehousing, and reporting. Structured problem-solver with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consulting , financial services, or other data-intensive industries is highly desirable. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira or Confluence. Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Scrum Master are a plus.
