Drive the adoption of digital learning platforms and tools to enhance the accessibility and scalability of behavioral training programs. Align training initiatives with the Skills and Education unit’s mission to build a skilled workforce that meets the evolving needs of the Adani Group’s diverse business portfolio. Qualifications Proven expertise in training delivery, with at least 10 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale training programs. Demonstrated success in managing complex training projects in a corporate environment.
