This role aims to develop an application, in project mode as well as maintenance, and to support the "run the bank" function. It requires a deep understanding of the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. The build and support team continuously works with business users, infrastructure engineers and system managers. The developer will work on the pre-trade application used by Sales to pre-book and book Rates deals. Key activities include developing features that facilitate RFQ workflows between Sales and Traders, enabling efficient communication and deal negotiation. The role involves implementing real-time pricing, deal validation logic, and ensuring seamless integration with downstream booking systems. Close collaboration with Sales and Trading stakeholders is essential to enhance the RFQ experience and support the complete deal lifecycle. Build & change management • Able to lead in terms of technology and conceptualize, propose design and architectural evolution, along with operational model. • Contributing to development of high quality fully tested source code complying with deadlines, schedule and coding standards. • Liaise with business analysts for clarification and understanding of requirements. • Provide deployment and change management of the solution/platform. • Develop tests strategy in coordination with project manager / Business Analysts. • Provide technical assistance during user acceptance test. Incidents and Requests management (business users and other IT teams) • Communicate effectively. • Analyse enhancement requests and bug-fixes. • Document deliveries. • Support applications in production - analyze and resolve issues as they arise as well as propose optimizations for future. • Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organization. Change management • Apply monthly release strategy, following the team's milestones for analysis, coding and testing. • Support the release roadmap in production. • Operations management • Application support, level 3 (expert). • Troubleshoot and fix issues. Continuous improvement • Process improvements. • Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Programming & Systems Analysis/ Science (Computer Studies) faculties • At least 5+ years of relevant front-end development experience Front-End Expertise • Advanced proficiency in Angular 19+ • Deep knowledge of AG Grid, NgRx store, Angular signals, and signal store • Strong sensitivity to design and UX principles • Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing Angular development best practices • Ability to ensure consistency and homogeneity across front-end implementations • Development of automated BDD tests Back-End Knowledge • Experience with Python, REST APIs, and FastAPI • Ability to develop and maintain back-end services as needed
