Requirements: At least 5 years of proven experience in learning development, instructional design, and leading end-to-end training processes – Mandatory Hands-on experience developing digital learning using Articulate Storyline, Rise , or equivalent tools – Mandatory Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with LMS platforms , such as Moodle or equivalent systems – Mandatory Academic degree in Learning Technologies, Education, Instructional Design , or a related field – a significant advantage Experience developing learning scripts, designing learning experiences, and working with Subject Matter Experts in large organizations Proven ability to present a portfolio showcasing complex digital learning products Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
