On behalf of our client, an international provider of accounting, administrative and corporate services to investment funds and cross-border structures, we are seeking an experienced professional for the position of Senior Fund Accountant . In this role, you will join an international team and take ownership of a portfolio consisting primarily of private equity, private debt and hedge fund structures. You will be responsible for key accounting and reporting activities while working closely with clients, auditors and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Maintain complete and accurate accounting records for a portfolio of funds and related entities; Prepare and review monthly and quarterly NAV calculations and reports, including variance analysis; Prepare and review annual financial statements in accordance with applicable GAAP and IFRS requirements; Oversee bank accounts, cash management activities and payment instructions; Monitor and accurately record transactions relating to clients and their underlying structures; Support the onboarding of new clients, primarily private equity and private debt funds; Liaise with external auditors and facilitate the timely completion of audit processes; Coordinate client deliverables, priorities and deadlines with colleagues across international offices; Plan and prioritise workloads to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all client commitments; Provide training, guidance and technical support to junior team members; Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, controls and service quality. Candidate Profile: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline; Three to five years of relevant experience in fund accounting, financial services or corporate services; Sound understanding of investment fund structures and the associated accounting and reporting requirements; Experience with PFS-Paxus would be considered a strong advantage; Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Strong analytical and organisational skills, combined with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, client deliverables and deadlines effectively; Ability to work independently and take ownership while contributing effectively within an international team.
