مطلوب للعمل | محاسب عملاء وموردين (AR & AP Accountant) 📍 الموقع: شيراتون – القاهرة 💼 نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل | من مقر الشركة المهام الرئيسية: • تسجيل قيود المبيعات والمعاملات المتعلقة بالعملاء والموردين. • إصدار فواتير المبيعات. • تسجيل المعاملات المحاسبية على برنامج Odoo والتأكد من صحة البيانات والأرصدة. • متابعة أرصدة حسابات العملاء والموردين وإجراء التسويات اللازمة. • إعداد واستخراج التقارير الخاصة بالعملاء والموردين ومراجعة أرصدتهم. • متابعة أعمار الديون والتحصيلات والمدفوعات المتعلقة بالعملاء والموردين. • تحليل بيانات العملاء والموردين واستخراج التقارير اللازمة. المتطلبات والخبرات: • خبرة حتى 3 سنوات في مجال حسابات العملاء والموردين. • خبرة قوية وعملية في استخدام برنامج Odoo وتسجيل المعاملات المحاسبية عليه. • معرفة جيدة بتطبيق المعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS). • قدرة جيدة على تحليل البيانات المالية واستخراج التقارير. • إجادة التعامل مع الحسابات المدينة والدائنة والتسويات المرتبطة بها. المؤهلات: • بكالوريوس محاسبة أو مالية. • يُفضل أن يكون حاصلًا على دبلومة المعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS). ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📢 We Are Hiring | Accountant – AR & AP 📍 Location: Sheraton – Cairo 💼 Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Key Responsibilities: • Record sales entries and transactions related to customers and suppliers. • Issue sales invoices. • Record accounting transactions on Odoo and ensure the accuracy of data and balances. • Follow up on customers’ and suppliers’ balances and perform the necessary reconciliations. • Prepare and extract reports related to customers and suppliers and review their balances. • Monitor aging of receivables, collections, and payments related to customers and suppliers. • Analyze customer and supplier data and extract required reports. Requirements & Experience: • Up to 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. • Strong practical experience using Odoo and recording accounting transactions. • Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). • Good ability to analyze financial data and extract reports. • Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and related reconciliations.
