Job Description Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and professional development Allocate resources effectively to support project demands and business objectives Monitor project performance to ensure milestones, budgets and quality standards are achieved Take ownership of project execution from initiation through completion and customer sign-off Collaborate with internal departments to align priorities, resolve issues and optimise delivery outcomes Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Identify and implement improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency and operational performance Coordinate multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities and timelines Lead cross-functional teams across different regions and cultures to achieve project goals Prepare and present project progress updates, risks and performance metrics to management The Successful Applicant Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field Proven experience managing complex engineering, manufacturing or industrial projects Strong knowledge of project planning, resource management and cost control principles Experience working with ERP systems for planning, scheduling and project tracking SAP exposure would be advantageous Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects within a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Self-motivated, organised and committed to delivering outstanding customer outcomes What's on Offer Opportunities to work in a multinational company.
