We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end marketing strategies, executing multi-channel campaigns, and leading cross-functional alignment across digital, retail, creative, and e-commerce teams. Day to Day: Design and execute a comprehensive, innovative strategy for organic growth across various platforms. Fully manage all the brand’s social media channels and oversee team members/contractors to execute the brand strategy across all social touchpoints. Provide complete day-to-day management of the Affiliate department and the brand’s Affiliate Program- driving sales growth, tracking performance analytics, and achieving targets set by company leadership. Utilize, manage, and track performance using company software and platforms. Lead and manage strategies for influencers, UGC creators, and business partners- defining campaign goals, sourcing and recruiting brand-aligned partners, and managing end-to-end collaborations. Identify real-time trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms, adapting content accordingly to maintain brand relevance. Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Product Development, and Influencer Relations teams to ensure full alignment and seamless campaign execution. Requirements: 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably within consumer goods, retail, digital commerce, or fast-paced lifestyle sectors. Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies. Strong proficiency with marketing analytics tools, digital media platforms, and campaign management software. Experience managing external marketing, media, or PR agencies. Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills. High level of written and verbal English communication skills.
