Assembler - Hiring Now

Role: Mechanical Assembler responsible for performing mechanical assembly processes in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble components using tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, and adhesives; prepare, clean, inspect, and mark parts and assemblies; operate equipment and machinery; ensure documentation accuracy; follow safety protocols; communicate with team members; participate in continuous improvement initiatives; support quality and safety standards; and complete required training. Qualifications & Skills: 1-5 years of mechanical assembly experience; knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control; strong communication skills; basic computer literacy; excellent manual dexterity, color and vision perception; ability to interpret engineering drawings; high school diploma or equivalent; eligibility for access to Controlled Data if required. Work Environment: Normal manufacturing conditions with PPE use; exposure to loud noises, dust, fumes; ability to lift and push up to 40 pounds; standing and sitting in assembly cells; use of magnification tools for detailed work.
