Role Overview This position involves operating stand-up reach forklifts safely and efficiently to handle inventory in a high-volume warehouse environment. Responsibilities include placing and retrieving palatalized units from racks, using RF scanners for accurate inventory management, and loading/unloading materials from pallets and skids. The role requires performing daily equipment inspections, maintaining batteries, and working with various warehouse machinery, all while adhering to safety policies. Qualifications & Skills Experience with stand-up reach forklifts and RF scanners Warehouse experience in fast-paced distribution settings Preferred: Case Picking, Clamp Forklift, and Barrel Grabber attachment experience Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work in temperatures from -20°F to 100°F while wearing PPE Flexible schedule with availability for overtime and weekends Comfortable with varying noise levels
