Healthcare IT Project Manager! (5476)

A leading healthcare organization is looking for a Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead impactful digital transformation initiatives at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and innovation. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation projects for clinical applications, from requirements gathering and system analysis through deployment and go-live. Manage cross-functional projects involving IT teams, developers, implementation specialists, and external vendors. Work closely with clinical application teams to optimize workflows and support business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a dynamic, mission-critical healthcare environment. Drive process improvements and ensure successful adoption of new technologies. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably involving Healthcare IT systems (e.g., Chameleon , MetaVision ). At least 1 year of experience in systems analysis and requirements gathering for complex applications and interfaces. Experience with SQL Strong matrix management and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong technical understanding. High level of technical English. Advantages Experience working in a public healthcare organization or large healthcare provider. Experience working with leading healthcare software vendors. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and healthcare communication networks.
