We are hiring one senior Business Development Manager to own international new business. This is a hunting role, not an account-servicing role. ### What you will do - Build and work an outbound pipeline of print-on-demand platforms, screen printers, embroidery contractors, promotional product distributors and apparel brands across the US, Canada, UK and the EU — through email, LinkedIn, calls, industry directories and trade associations. - Qualify fast and honestly: how many designs a month, what turnaround they need, what they pay today, and what is going wrong with their current vendor. - Convert interest into trial orders — coordinate sample digitizing with the production team, present the sew-out, and handle the technical objections that follow. - Negotiate and close: pricing per design and per stitch-count slab, turnaround SLAs, volume commitments, payment terms, NDAs and vendor-onboarding paperwork. - Represent Cre8iveSkill at international trade shows (ISS, PRINTING United, Impressions Expo, FESPA, Texprocess and similar) — pre-show outreach, booth conversations, and follow-up that run all the way to a closed account. - Own the first 60–90 days of every new account: brief production properly, watch the early batches, and fix problems before the client has to escalate. - Keep the CRM real — every account, contact, stage, next action and expected value — with a weekly pipeline and revenue forecast to management. - Bring the market back to us: competitor pricing, what POD platforms are asking for, which techniques are gaining traction. - Work with marketing and design on outbound collateral, case studies, pricing decks, and trade-show material. - Manage time zones sensibly — a meaningful share of client conversation happens in US and European business hours. ### What we are looking for - 6–10 years in B2B business development or international sales, with a demonstrable record of closing accounts you sourced yourself. - Industry background in one of two worlds: an IT / IT services / software services company selling to overseas clients, or the fashion, apparel, textile, garment, or embroidery industry. - Real international exposure — you have sold to, negotiated with, or managed clients in the US and/or Europe, and you understand how those buyers evaluate an offshore vendor: on reliability, communication, and quality consistency, not only on price. - Excellent spoken and written English, and confidence on video calls with US and European decision-makers. - Commercial instinct — you can build a quote, defend a price, spot a bad-fit deal and walk away from it. - Comfortable owning a weekly number and keeping a CRM management system that can be relied on. - Based in Nagpur or willing to relocate. Valid passport and willingness to travel several times a year internationally. ### Strong pluses - A valid US B1/B2 business or tourist visa — or a valid Schengen visa. This will move your application forward significantly. - Working knowledge of German, French, or Spanish, even at a conversational level. - Exposure to print-on-demand, decorated apparel, promotional products, or custom merchandise. - Familiarity with embroidery and digitizing vocabulary — stitch count, underlay, pull compensation, DST/EMB file formats — or a genuine willingness to learn it within 60 days. - Trade show and exhibition experience, including booth-level selling. - Experience selling a production or delivery service governed by turnaround SLAs. ### What success looks like in year one - A qualified, accurately forecast international pipeline that management can plan capacity against. - A defined number of new logos closed and moved past their first repeat order — the target is agreed with you in your first month. - At least two international trade shows worked end to end, with measurable closed business traceable to each. - A repeatable outbound playbook — messaging, pricing structure, objection handling — documented well enough that the next hire can run it. ### What we offer - Competitive fixed salary plus an uncapped performance-linked incentive on business you bring in. - Fully sponsored international travel to trade shows and client markets. - Direct working access to the founders — short decision chains, no layers to sell through internally. - A production capability that lets you sell things competitors physically cannot deliver. - The first BD hire of a growing international team, with a clear path to building and leading it.
