We’re Hiring | Civil Engineer – Construction & Project Management | R Spaces, Chennai R Spaces, the real estate and infrastructure development platform associated with the Rajalakshmi Group, is looking for a Civil Engineer with 0–5 years of relevant professional experience to join our projects team in Chennai. This is a multidisciplinary role for someone interested in working across the complete lifecycle of large-scale development projects — from feasibility, design coordination and budgeting to procurement, construction, project controls and commissioning . We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering and demonstrated capabilities or interest in areas such as construction management, project planning, quantity surveying, contracts, procurement, cost management and project finance . Exposure to modern construction technologies, large-scale developments or complex project environments would be an advantage. The role requires an ability to combine engineering understanding with commercial thinking — analysing drawings and construction methodologies while also understanding project costs, cash flows, value engineering, procurement decisions and overall project viability. At R Spaces, our development pipeline spans educational infrastructure, student housing, commercial real estate, hospitality, residential and community spaces . The position offers exposure to projects from the earliest development decisions through execution and operations. Location: Chennai Experience: 0–5 years of relevant professional experience Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Additional qualifications or experience in Construction Management, Project Management, Finance or Management are welcome.
