HRIS Analyst Salary Range: $80-90k, depending on experience Job Type: Direct Hire/Permanent Worksite Type: Onsite Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join their growing Human Resources team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who combines strong technical capabilities with a deep understanding of HR processes and systems. The HRIS Analyst will serve as a key resource for system administration, reporting, process optimization, data integrity, and ongoing HR technology initiatives. This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT teams to ensure HR systems effectively support business objectives while delivering an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and support the organization's HRIS platform, ensuring system accuracy, functionality, and data integrity. Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related issues, enhancements, and process improvements. Create, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, metrics, and ad hoc reporting requests. Configure and test system updates, workflows, business processes, security roles, and integrations. Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities for automation and process efficiencies. Support annual HR programs, including performance management, compensation planning, benefits administration, and open enrollment activities. Audit employee data and perform regular quality checks to ensure compliance and accuracy. Assist with HR technology implementations, upgrades, and system optimization projects. Develop and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and user training materials. Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to troubleshoot system issues and manage integrations. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and company policies regarding employee data. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of HRIS experience supporting HR systems and processes. Strong technical aptitude with experience managing HRIS platforms. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting. Experience creating and maintaining HR reports, dashboards, and data analytics. Strong understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, payroll, talent acquisition, and compliance. Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
