Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PHP & Python Developer role based in Ranchi. The developer will build, maintain, and optimize back-end systems and web applications using PHP and Python, ensuring clean, secure, and scalable code. Day-to-day tasks include implementing APIs, integrating databases, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with designers and digital marketing teams to support client projects. The role also involves participating in code reviews, improving performance, documenting technical solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of the technology stack and development processes. Qualifications Strong programming foundation with proficiency in PHP, Python, and general Programming concepts. Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, server-side logic, and integration with front-end components. Solid understanding of Software Development practices, version control (e.g., Git), and development life cycle. Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and ability to design modular, reusable components. Experience working with Databases (SQL/NoSQL), including schema design, queries, and optimization. Familiarity with common PHP and Python frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Django, Flask) is highly beneficial. Ability to debug and resolve technical issues, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Interest in learning new technologies and contributing to a fast-growing IT services environment.
