The Information Systems Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and operational effectiveness of the Information Systems Department, including technology infrastructure, budgeting, and staffing. This position oversees the maintenance, optimization, implementation, and ongoing development of the Oracle Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and related clinical and business applications. The Information Systems Manager leads the Information Management Team in ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with leadership to leverage EHR data, reporting, and analytics to support strategic decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, and organizational goals. Requirements Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree required Preferred: 5 years of management / healthcare IT experience Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Thank you for your interest in joining our hospital .
