Job Summary We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented, and tech-savvy Sales Executive to acquire new clients and expand our market presence across diverse industries. Responsibilities Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients to drive revenue growth. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities. Conduct strategic outbound sales outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking to generate interest and secure meetings. Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders to understand their business goals and challenges. Present and pitch business solutions tailored to client needs and market demands. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements to maximize business opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless client handover. Maintain accurate sales records, opportunities, and pipeline activities within CRM systems. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Represent the company professionally and confidently in client meetings, presentations, and business events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, account management, or business development, preferably within BPO, outsourcing, or professional services, with experience working with international clients and global markets. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with hands-on experience in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals. Strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers, understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and communicate value clearly and confidently. Strong understanding of digital sales tools, lead generation strategies, and business development processes. Excellent English communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with international stakeholders. Hands-on experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn, sales reporting, and modern prospecting tools, with the ability to use sales data to manage activities and forecast results. A tech savvy mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving sales technologies.
