Business Analyst 2 Work Location: Plano, TX, USA /hr Top skills: -Financial Analysis -Data Modeling -Revenue Planning Schedule: Fully onsite KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed quotations using templates and pricing structures • Analyze customer requirements and specifications to determine products and pricing • Collaborate with sales teams to gather necessary information for Quote preparation • Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros) to perform complex calculations and analyze data • Create and update opportunities, products, price books, and quotes within Salesforce • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all quoted materials • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding quote status updates Qualifications: • Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel at an expert level; proficiency in VBA programming preferred but not mandatory • Strong understanding of Salesforce features, including opportunity management, product catalogs, and quote generation tools • Excellent analytical abilities with attention to detail • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing Skills & Tools Required: • Advanced Excel Skills: Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Macros/VBA scripting • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) • Time management capabilities
