As a Talent Attraction Principal - Content and Production , you will join the Attraction Team responsible for creating compelling recruitment marketing content and assets for our clients. The Attraction Team's purpose is simple: to understand our clients’ needs and use this understanding, combined with knowledge and expertise, to attract the best talent in the market. By establishing a deep understanding of the client’s employer brand guidelines, you, as the subject matter expert, will develop engaging brand-compliant content and assets to attract and engage potential candidates. Through consistency in messaging and design elements, you will ensure that our client’s value proposition and employer brand identity is evident across all of our chosen advertising and communications channels. What you’ll do: Act as a conduit between the Content & Production hub manager and the hub delivery team, ensuring that all actions are delivered within required timescales Create, review, and approve recruitment marketing content, copy, and assets to be used in job adverts, passive sourcing tools, and digital marketing campaigns Be a key voice for our client brands through a wide variety of writing styles and media - Ensure that all content and assets such as video, display banners, quote cards, information sheets adhere to Employer Brand and Tone of Voice guidelines Provide performance data and analysis for monthly and quarterly business reviews on the performance of content and messaging, using Excel and PowerPoint Deliver formal and informal training sessions on talent attraction best practices Research and recommend new channels and technologies Build relationships with key suppliers and Digital Marketing Team Leads to optimise campaigns Ensure Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) best practice is considered and evident throughout all content, copy, and assets You need to demonstrate: Exceptional written English communication skills with right-first-time attention to detail and the ability to proof-read and edit different types of content for accuracy and consistency Demonstrated ability to create engaging written content in English, across multiple platforms such as social media and newsletters Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, giving direction to team members while also contributing ideas and solutions independently Experience in content creation, asset production, copywriting, or digital marketing Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint, to deliver presentations and information analysis Experience of using graphic design principles and platforms to create compelling visual assets for digital content Why AMS?
