Since 2011, they have built a strong presence in Vietnam, specializing in cashew, rice, fertilizers, and retail brands. The Role We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and purchasing operations in Vietnam. Reporting directly to the Profit Center Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving cost competitiveness, quality, and compliance across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals. Lead supplier management: sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and long-term partnerships. Oversee RFQ/RFP/tender processes and negotiate contracts. Manage day-to-day purchasing operations with cross-functional teams. Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply risks. Deliver annual cost savings and analyze total cost of ownership (TCO). Lead and mentor the procurement team, setting KPIs and fostering continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with local regulations and ethical sourcing standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 7–10 years of procurement/sourcing experience, including 3–5 years in management. Strong background in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, retail, or multinational environments. Proven negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
