If you have deep enterprise network engineering experience, we want to hear from you! In this role you'll get to: Network Engineering & Architecture Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking solutions. Develop and maintain network architecture standards, diagrams, and technical documentation. Evaluate and recommend network technologies, hardware, and software solutions. Lead network upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives. Operations & Support Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex network incidents and outages. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues. Ensure network availability, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Participate in on-call support and incident response activities as required. Security & Compliance Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewalls, VPNs, NAC, segmentation, and secure remote access. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities. Support compliance, audit, and risk management requirements. Maintain network security standards and best practices. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
