Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, attracting top talent, and partnering with hiring managers to fill key positions. This role serves as a trusted advisor, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while meeting business hiring goals. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels. Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and talent needs. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting. Experience recruiting professional, specialized, and leadership-level talent. Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools. Location Hybrid / Remote / On-site, depending on business needs.
