We will invest a lot of effort in the physical AI space and will therefore need a recruitment coordinator to join our core team and help us source, screen, and support our customers in finding the talent they need. What you'll actually do Source and screen engineers across embedded software, automotive, robotics and physical AI. Work directly with clients to understand their technical needs and match them with the right talent, fast Manage candidate pipelines end-to-end - from first outreach to signed contracts Coordinate across time zones - our clients and engineers span Europe, the U.S., and Asia Improve our processes - if something's broken or slow, you fix it.
