Office furniture Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Office Furniture Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing ergonomic and functional office furniture, including workstations, desks, storage units, chairs, and modular furniture systems. The role involves creating 2D and 3D designs, preparing technical drawings, and collaborating with manufacturing and product teams to develop production-ready furniture solutions. 📍 Location: Mewla Maharajpur, Faridabad 💼 Experience: 3 to 5 years 🕒 Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM About Us KOFS is a leading manufacturer of office furniture. With our manufacturing unit in Faridabad, we focus on delivering high-quality products that combine durability, comfort, and modern design standards. Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements, space availability, and budget. Design office chairs, workstations, desks, storage systems, and modular office furniture. Create 2D and 3D designs using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp and technical production drawings. Maintain design documentation, specifications, and technical records. Handle projects from concept to final execution. Conduct site visits for measurements and feasibility checks. Suggest suitable materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories. Coordinate with sales, operations, and installation teams for smooth execution. Revise designs based on client feedback and finalize approvals. Maintain documentation including drawings, BOQs, and approvals. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Furniture Design, Product Design or a related field. Strong understanding of furniture design, product development, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD or other 3D design tools. Strong understanding of office furniture layouts, materials, and fittings. Knowledge of MS Office Good communication and client handling skills. Attention to detail with a creative approach.
