Title: IT Recruiter About the Role We're an IT staffing and recruitment firm working with leading multinational clients across technology, hospitality, and consumer sectors. We're growing our Shanghai team and looking for a recruiter who thinks like a salesperson — someone who's driven by results, comfortable owning the full desk (sourcing → client delivery), and hungry to build a career in staffing rather than just fill a seat. This isn't a back-office admin role. You'll own requisitions end-to-end, build candidate pipelines, and work directly with clients to close placements. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation Build and maintain talent pipelines across IT, engineering, and technical functions Use Boolean search, job boards, and other sourcing channels to identify active and passive candidates Partner with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements Manage candidate relationships and expectations through the full placement lifecycle Hit weekly/monthly submission, interview, and placement targets Contribute to business development by identifying new client opportunities through your network What We're Looking For 0-3 years of recruitment, staffing, or sales experience (agency recruiting experience a strong plus) A sales mindset — comfortable with targets, cold outreach, and closing Strong communication skills in Mandarin Self-starter energy; thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Genuine interest in tech/IT hiring (prior technical background not required, but curiosity is) Resilience — staffing is a high-activity, high-rejection business, and we want people who stay motivated What We Offer Competitive base + uncapped commission structure Clear path to Senior Recruiter / Team Lead / Account Manager for top performers Work with brand-name multinational clients from day one Hands-on training in full-desk recruiting and staffing sales A fast-moving, entrepreneurial team culture — flat structure, real ownership
