Recruiter- Life Science

GQR – Life Sciences Division We are seeking a Recruiter to join our growing Life Sciences division in a delivery-focused recruiting role . This position is ideal for a proven recruiter who excels at identifying, engaging, and delivering high-caliber talent across the Life Sciences sector. You will work closely with our team to understand client requirements, develop strong candidate pipelines, and manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through successful placement. The ideal candidate has a strong recruiting background, understands the Life Sciences talent market, and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven staffing environment. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment delivery process , from candidate identification and sourcing through interview coordination and successful placement Partner closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified Life Sciences professionals across relevant disciplines Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify high-caliber candidates Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit Engage and develop relationships with both active and passive candidates Provide candidates with a high level of communication and support throughout the recruitment process Present qualified candidates for open positions and manage candidate activity through the interview and placement process Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and activity within the ATS/CRM Develop market knowledge and stay current on talent trends across the Life Sciences industry Consistently meet or exceed recruiting, activity, and placement goals Collaborate with other recruiters and internal teams to maximize delivery and placement opportunities Qualifications Proven experience as a Recruiter within a staffing, recruiting, executive search, or talent solutions environment Strong delivery/recruiting experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or related industries strongly preferred Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms Ability to effectively screen, qualify, and interview candidates Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working with an ATS/CRM and Microsoft Office Suite Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and placement targets Compensation Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000 + Commission up to 37.5%
