About Consio AI Consio AI places top remote sales and customer support agents with fast-growing US direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands. Who We're Looking For We're expanding our LATAM team and hiring skilled sales and CS agents based in Belize, Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina to work with our US-based ecommerce brand accounts. The Role As a Consio Sales & Customer Support Agent, you'll: Take inbound calls and outbound follow-up calls from US customers Manage live chat and email tickets through helpdesk platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk) Convert warm leads into sales through consultative, non-pushy conversations Handle order updates, product questions, and light complaint resolution Send post-call SMS and email follow-ups Meet daily call volume and weekly conversion targets What You Bring Native-sounding, clear English (non-negotiable, US customers must not detect a language barrier) 1+ year of phone-based sales or customer service experience, preferably B2C Comfortable with outbound calling and closing Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace USB headset with noise cancellation Backup power source (UPS or inverter recommended) Available Monday to Friday within 9 AM to 5 PM EST (this aligns perfectly with your local business hours) What You Get Base pay plus commission on closed sales Attendance bonus Weekly performance incentives Structured 7-step onboarding with dedicated training and coaching Growth pathway into team lead and specialist roles as you scale Schedule For agents in Belize, Colombia, and Mexico, this falls entirely within your local business day.
