This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building reliable data solutions, working closely with technical and business users, and taking ownership of data from acquisition through to production consumption. You'll be involved in shaping how data is sourced, transformed, monitored and delivered across a sophisticated investment environment. Monitor data feeds, investigate issues and help ensure high levels of data integrity. Work with a variety of internal stakeholders to understand requirements and support data-driven decision making. Help establish controls and validation processes to improve data quality and coverage. What You Bring Strong Python development skills with an interest in data-focused engineering work. Experience building, supporting or improving automated data pipelines. Exposure to cloud environments, ideally AWS. Familiarity with source control and collaborative software development practices. Strong communication skills and an ability to understand end-user requirements. Exposure to databases, data lake technologies or financial datasets would be beneficial, but is not essential. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
