Role: UI/UX Developer Department: Product Development / Technology Location: Wadala, Mumbai Reporting To: Product Lead & Quality Analyst Employment Type: Full Time Salary - Upto 8 lpa gross Experience - Minimum 3 years Industry - Packing Industry preferred Role Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven UI/UX Developer to support the design and development of digital products, customer-facing portals, internal workflow systems, dashboards, and websites for Testing Grounds and CONTRL. The role involves translating business requirements, operational workflows, and user needs into intuitive user experiences, visually appealing interfaces, and responsive front-end applications. This position is critical in ensuring that complex operational processes are transformed into simple, usable, and scalable digital experiences that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities 1. UI/UX Design & User Experience ● Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web applications, dashboards, portals, and internal tools. ● Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. ● Improve usability, navigation, information architecture, and user engagement across platforms. ● Conduct design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback into final designs. ● Ensure consistency across all digital products through design systems and reusable components. 2. Front-End Development ● Develop responsive and scalable front-end applications using React JS, TypeScript, Next.js, Vite, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. ● Convert Figma designs into production-ready interfaces. ● Build reusable UI components and maintain design consistency across projects. ● Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and system functionality. ● Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility. 3. Dashboard & Workflow Development ● Design and build workflow-based interfaces supporting operational processes. ● Create dashboards that provide visibility into project status, approvals, documentation, quality checks, production readiness, and workflow progress. ● Develop role-based experiences for management, internal teams, customers, and vendors. ● Simplify complex operational data into actionable and easy-to-understand visual formats. 4. Graphic Design & Visual Communication ● Design presentations, process diagrams, product visuals, customer-facing materials, and branded assets. ● Create icons, illustrations, infographics, and interface graphics as required. ● Support marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams with professional visual communication materials. ● Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed assets. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination ● Coordinate with Operations, Design, Supply Chain, Quality, and Management teams to gather requirements. ● Participate in project planning discussions and product improvement initiatives. ● Translate operational challenges into practical digital solutions. ● Support testing, feedback collection, and continuous improvement efforts. 6. Documentation & Quality Control ● Maintain proper documentation of designs, user flows, design systems, and development updates. ● Ensure version control and organized project records. ● Follow established UI standards, coding standards, and documentation practices. ● Participate in QA reviews and user acceptance testing activities. Key Skills & Requirements ● 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX Design and Front-End Development. ● Strong proficiency in: ○ React JS ○ TypeScript ○ Next.js ○ Vite ○ HTML5 ○ CSS3 ○ JavaScript ● Strong hands-on experience with Figma. ● Understanding of responsive design principles and modern UI systems. ● Experience building dashboards, portals, SaaS applications, or workflow-based systems. ● Knowledge of API integration and component-based architecture. ● Familiarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows. ● Strong graphic design and visual communication skills. ● Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
