Principales responsabilidades Elaborar y analizar reportes financieros de cierre mensual, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas. Participar en la elaboración de presupuestos, forecast, estimaciones mensuales y trimestrales, así como en planes estratégicos de corto, mediano y largo plazo. Analizar y controlar el desempeño financiero de la compañía mediante la revisión del P&L, cumplimiento de ventas, márgenes, gastos y oportunidades de ahorro. Brindar soporte financiero a distintas áreas de la organización mediante la evaluación de proyectos, iniciativas y análisis de rentabilidad. Requisitos: 🎓 Bachiller o Titulado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial, Economía, Contabilidad o carreras afines. 📈 Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Control de Gestión, Planeamiento Financiero, Operaciones o áreas relacionadas. 💻 Excel Avanzado. 🌎 Inglés Intermedio. 📚 Conocimientos contables y financieros.
