Por encargo de una importante empresa multinacional líder en su sector nos encontramos identificando perfiles para ocupar el puesto de: Analista de Remuneraciones - Proyecto Misión: Llevar a cabo los procesos operativos de planillas y administración de personal, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo, la correcta ejecución de pago y la atención efectiva a todos los niveles de la organización. Requisitos: Titulado o Bachiller en las carreras de Administración, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial o afines. Dominio de legislación laboral y tributaria aplicada a planillas. Manejo de Excel en nivel avanzado. Deseable conocimientos de Power BI y en ERP (Ofisis, SAP, BUK, entre otros) Manejo de Power Apps o Power Automate 1 a 2 años a más realizando funciones similares. Funciones: Analizar los procesos de Payroll y Administración de Personal e identificar oportunidades de mejora, simplificación y automatización. Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar automatizaciones utilizando Power Automate, Power Apps, macros y otras herramientas de Microsoft. Gestión de T-Registro (carga masiva), contratos, renovaciones, beneficios y seguros. Mantener el control de la asistencia y horas extras, en coordinación con el área de operaciones. Elaborar los asientos contables y provisiones de la planilla. Atender las auditorías laborales y los reportes internos.
