Job Description We are looking for Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that cooperates with one of our French clients. Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and are willing to commute to our office in Katowice, Poland. Responsibilities Design, configure and maintain Maestro connectors and workflows to support infrastructure automation processes. Provide operational support for the TrueSight Server Automation (BMC BladeLogic) platform, including Level 1 support, agent management and TOC-related activities. Implement and maintain server infrastructure automation solutions. Support users in resolving technical issues related to automation and infrastructure services. Analyze recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Create, maintain and update operational documentation and technical procedures. Ensure the proper functioning and reliability of automation tools and infrastructure platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure operations and automation initiatives. Qualifications Must Have Requirements Senior-level experience in infrastructure automation and support. Hands-on experience with Maestro (connectors and workflows). Experience with TrueSight Server Automation (BMC BladeLogic) (N1 support, agents, TOC). Knowledge of server infrastructure automation. Experience in user support and continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to create and maintain operational documentation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proactive and detail-oriented. Ability to document processes and share knowledge effectively. Very good command of English (min. B2) – daily communication with the client. Being open to occasional business trips abroad and regular visits in our office in Katowice. Nice to Have Fluent French: B2/C1. TrueSight (BMC BladeLogic) certification (or equivalent). Linux LPIC-2 certification. Experience working in enterprise infrastructure environments.
