Graepels is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team on a maternity leave cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established marketing function within a growing manufacturing business, working closely with our leadership, commercial and sales teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth. If you're a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys creating content, managing campaigns, delivering results and working across a variety of marketing activities, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing ✅ Managing and developing Graepels' digital presence, including website and social media channels ✅ Creating engaging content, campaigns and customer communications ✅ Supporting sales and business development through targeted marketing initiatives ✅ Producing marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, case studies and presentations ✅ Coordinating exhibitions, trade shows and industry events ✅ Managing email marketing activity and marketing performance reporting ✅ Maintaining a strong and consistent brand across all communications ✅ Working closely with internal teams and external marketing partners to deliver impactful campaigns What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can bring both creativity and commercial awareness to the role.
