Customer Insight Analyst Up to €70K + 10% bonus South Dublin | Hybrid IT Search has partnered with a growing Irish business to find a Customer Insight Analyst to join their marketing team. This is a brand-new role as the business moves towards a more data-led, personalised approach to marketing . You'll sit between Marketing, Data and CRM, turning customer behaviour and predictive insight into practical campaigns, customer journeys and next-best-action strategies. You'll be responsible for: Owning behavioural segmentation and customer insight Using propensity and predictive analytics to drive customer activity Developing personalisation and next-best-action strategies Analysing campaign and customer journey performance Driving a strong test-and-learn approach Working closely with Data, CRM and Marketing teams We're looking for someone with strong SQL and customer analytics experience, ideally with exposure to segmentation, propensity modelling, predictive analytics, CRM or personalisation . Python is useful but not essential. It's a great opportunity to join at the start of a significant shift towards intelligence-led marketing , with genuine scope to shape how customer data is used across the business.
