(PSI) is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to support our business development and growth initiatives. This role will work closely with Business Development and operational leadership to strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities, develop compelling proposals and marketing materials, and increase PSI's visibility within targeted markets. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing and communication skills with a business-development mindset and an interest in helping generate new clients, expanding existing relationships, and supporting revenue growth. Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Support Partner with operational leadership to identify and pursue new clients and project opportunities. Research prospective clients, markets, competitors, and industry trends. Develop client presentations, capability statements, qualification packages, and other sales collateral. Assist with client outreach, follow-up, and relationship-development initiatives. Track potential opportunities and support the BD team throughout the sales pipeline. Proposals & RFPs Coordinate and develop RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, presentations, and qualification packages. Work with operations, estimating, safety, and other departments to gather information required for submissions. Maintain project profiles, company qualifications, resumes, references, and other proposal resources. Continuously improve proposal quality and effectiveness. Tracking & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate client, prospect, contact, and opportunity information. Develop reporting and dashboards to track opportunities, client activity, and business development efforts. Establish CRM processes and best practices that improve sales and marketing effectiveness. Client & Market Research Research target companies, decision-makers, upcoming projects, and expansion opportunities. Identify industry events, conferences, associations, and networking opportunities. Monitor market activity to help identify sectors and geographic areas with strong growth potential. Develop targeted prospect lists and support strategic account planning. Marketing & Brand Development Develop marketing campaigns and materials that support client acquisition and business development. Maintain and improve the company website with an emphasis on capabilities, completed projects, and client-facing messaging. Create project spotlights, case studies, presentations, and other materials demonstrating PSI's capabilities and experience. Ensure consistent company branding and messaging across client-facing materials. Digital & Social Media Develop content highlighting company capabilities, projects, employees, and client successes. Manage social media initiatives that strengthen PSI's reputation and visibility within the commercial construction industry. Coordinate photography, videography, and other media for use in business development and marketing. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Business Development, Operations, Estimating, and executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives. Coordinate with third-party marketing, website, and creative vendors as needed. Assist with client events, trade shows, conferences, and other business development activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, business development support, sales support, proposal development, or related activities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience developing presentations, proposals, marketing collateral, and client-facing materials. Strong organizational and project-management skills. Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management preferred. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools preferred. Commercial construction, architecture, engineering, or professional-services experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively with executives, business development professionals, operations teams, clients, and outside vendors.
