Key Responsibilities Explore mobile applications and web platforms Follow guided usability activities and provide feedback Share observations about user experience, navigation, and functionality Record feedback during product interactions when required Identify areas that may improve usability and user experience Complete feedback forms related to product usage Who Can Apply Currently based in Singapore Comfortable using mobile applications and web platforms Have access to a smartphone or computer Reliable internet connection Comfortable sharing opinions and feedback about digital products Familiarity with online banking or digital payment applications is a plus Preferred Skills Interest in technology and digital products Experience with UX research, usability testing, or app evaluation is preferred but not mandatory Good communication skills and attention to detail Skills: research,user experience,usability,mobile applications,ux
