We are looking for an experienced Drone pilot & operations Engineer to: take ownership of flight operations and field tests support the integration and production of drone platforms help improve production and test workflows We move at a high pace and priorities shift quickly. You should be comfortable building in an environment where the problem and responsibilities can change underneath you. What You Will Be Working On Pilot interceptor drones and support flight operations Organize and conduct field tests Assemble, integrate, calibrate, and maintain drone systems Troubleshoot technical issues in the field and workshop Qualifikation Your Profile We are looking for people who thrive in a fast paced start-up, on rapid prototyping, and hands-on flight testing. Implementing quick fixes and tests under pressure. Additionally, you are ready to travel to test locations abroad and be part of customer demonstrations all over the world. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
