We are seeking a highly consultative Talent Acquisition Recruiter who goes beyond execution to drive business outcomes through talent. This role requires a proactive, data-driven professional who can influence senior stakeholders, lead complex searches, and elevate hiring excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience. Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HRBPs, shaping hiring strategies through market intelligence and data insights. Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and anticipated hiring demands. Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies, including market mapping, and competitive intelligence. Use data and analytics (e.g., funnel metrics, time-to-hire, pipeline conversion rates) to drive decision-making and improve outcomes. Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, with consistent communication, timely feedback, and strong employer branding. Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure effective hiring decisions and realistic expectations. Key Requirements Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Advanced English proficiency (B2+). Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Experience developing candidate pipelines through sourcing, talent mapping, and market research techniques. Experience analyzing recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness. Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies. Advanced English written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting recruitment for professional, technical, or specialized roles. Experience presenting labor market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders. Experience applying talent market mapping and competitive intelligence methodologies. Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through direct sourcing techniques.
